ARE RETURNS FREE?

Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning your package.

 

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS? 

Register your return via our returns portal: https://dressagepro.shipping-portal.com/rp/

We cannot accept products that have not been returned via the returns portal or without a packing slip. 

Our returns policy guarantees that you can return your order within 30 days of receipt without any reason.

 

Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale with tags still attached.

aOnly unopened, tightly sealed bags of supplements may be returned.

Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands are not refundable.

Returning (part of) your order is at your own risk. So keep the proof of delivery in a safe place until your package has arrived and processed by us. You will receive an email from us when we have received your package and when your money has been refunded.

Purchases from the sale (minimum 50% discount) cannot be returned.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We would of course like to resolve this with you. Send a message to info@dressagepro.com with a photo of the complaint. Our customer service will find a solution with you as soon as possible.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE?

Would you like to exchange for a different size or color? Please indicate this in the returns portal and send an email to info@dressagepro.com

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

It will take a maximum of 14 days from the day that your return shipment is received by us in good order until it has been fully processed. The money will be automatically refunded within these days.
