When can I expect my order?

the delivery time is 1-2 days working days with us, then it will be delivered by PostNL (with the exception of Sundays and public holidays). 

As soon as your package has been sorted by PostNL in the sorting center, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track and trace code with which you can follow your package. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will be returned to our logistics center or, if possible, delivered to a PostNL location near you.

*Pay attention! During the sale period or other promotions, the delivery of your package may take longer than you may be used to from us. As soon as your package has been sorted by PostNL, you will receive the track and trace information by email. Keep a close eye on this for current information about your package.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

When you place an order above €100.00, you pay no shipping costs. Are you placing an order with a total amount under €100.00? Then shipping costs of €7.29 will be charged.

My package has not been delivered. What should I do now?

Unfortunately, it is possible that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We therefore advise you to first check the track and trace information.

If the information on the track and trace page is not correct, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will then investigate this for you and, if necessary, start an investigation into your package.
