I want to return my order. How do I do this?

Follow the steps below for proper processing of your return.

👉 You can return your order within 21 days.

👉 Return your order via the return portal: https://dressagepro.com/return portal.

👉 Print the label you receive after you have reported your order.

👉 Put the item unused and clean (fitting is allowed) in the original packaging and stick the return label on the package.

👉 Drop off your package at a post office.

Return costs are for your own account and will be deducted from the refund of your purchase amount.

Is there a warranty on my purchase?

The legal guarantee applies to all items purchased on our webshop. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

Does your purchase show a complaint? Then you can email us about this. It is important to state your order number in this email and to add a photo in which the complaint is clearly visible. You can send it to info@dressagepro.com

Is it possible to return a discounted item?

Both items from the new collection and discounted items may be returned within the return period of 21 days.

Please ensure that you return the products unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels. If an item does not meet these requirements, a value reduction of up to 100% can be deducted from your return payment.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item directly for another item. If you would like to receive a different color, size or a completely different item, we recommend that you place a new order and return the item that is not to your liking.

Within how many days can I return my item(s)?


You can cancel the purchase within a period of 21 days, from the moment of receipt of your order, without stating reasons. After registration you have another 14 days to actually return the products.

You can also return the products within 21 days of receipt without prior notice. It is very important to add the corresponding return form to the package. You can return the package by using the return label that came with your order. If you no longer have these, please send an email to info@dressagepro.com
